POSITIVE YUTE PROJECT (2022-2024)

The Positive YUTE Project (PYP), implemented by The MultiCare Youth Foundation (MYF) and Crime Stop Jamaica with funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under their Positive Pathways Activity, aimed to impact 250 urban youth at risk of crime, violence, or victimisation. Between September 2022 and December 2024, the two-year project employed a combination of positive youth development, social and behavioural sciences, and mentorship to reduce the risk of involvement in crime and violence.
