In Montego Bay, 21 participants were recruited from schools and communities, with 16 completing training, four opting for internships, and three securing full-time employment.
Employment partners included Starbucks, Pizza Please, Eden Gardens Wellness Resort and Spa, C&C South Beach, Pita Grill, Ali’s Jamaican Cuisine and Fish Pot Restaurants, Dominoes, Cellar 8 Wine Bar & Bistro, Candy Coffee, Chocolate Dreams, and Island Coffees Café.
The project concluded in February 2020, and 13 graduates obtained full-time employment.
