The YUTE programme is a rewarding and often times life-changing experience. We ensure that we provide training in key areas based on market demand for employment . YUTE participants gain access to resources such as mentorship, job opportunities and training. Possibilities become a reality and youngsters have an opportunity to become integrated as productive members of society.

Participants are encouraged to make full use of the resources provided and remain committed to the completion of their programme of their choice. Our community engagement officers and mentors are prepared to offer encouragement and support where necessary, in line with our holistic approach to ensuring that our participants are not only trainable, employable but socially prepared for the world of work
